    There are two street lights out at critical crosswalks within 100 feet of each other on Highland Ave. The first light out is at the intersection of Highland and Hunnewell Street which makes it nearly impossible to see pedestrians at night. The second light out is at the intersection of Highland and Mark Lee Rd on the side with the Shell station.
