    Hello, starting the week of October 7th, I noticed the water pressure in a few rooms in my home is noticeably lower than usual. Specifically, we have noticed a pressure drop in our kitchen faucet. Is there work being done at my home location that could be causing the issue? If not, can it be looked at to assess what may be causing the issue? My address is 349 Great Plain Ave. Needham. Thank you!

    Hazelton Ave. Needham, Massachusetts - Needham

    During heavy rain (most recent Friday Oct 21, 2016...4th time in last 3 years) storm water pools on Hazelton Ave. and eventually runs in one massive rush through the backyard of #31 Hazleton down to Beaufort backyard (including into a swimming pool which then overflows also).

    All in a matter of seconds a giant pond and overflowed swimming pool is left in 3 Beaufort backyards. Homeowners are unable to address this amount of water through any barrier, yard regrading or sump system.

    Storm water from Hazleton and those streets higher up (Arch, Highgate, etc) must be redirected to stay on the streets and not go into yards. Attached map shows flow of water.

    Low water pressure at residence. Possibly gate left partially open after water pipe replacement work on Carey Road. Irrigation system unable to operate due to low water pressure; system checked and is operating properly per vendor. No leaking pipes at residence interior; all water valves fully open inside home.

    62 Emerson Road Needham, Massachusetts, 02492 - Needham
    A water pipe in the lawn at the front edge of this property frequently discharges water directly onto the sidewalk. The water runs down the sloped sidewalk, around into the street, and down the catch basin. This creates a year-round problem for pedestrians, and a significant danger in the wintertime, when the water freezes and creates icing on the sidewalk. Pedestrians are forced into the street. This issue has been previously reported on ClickFix and has been marked as "resolved", and the report has been closed. The only evidence of this being addressed is the orange cone placed in front of the discharge pipe. The issue is ongoing. Is there another department that this needs to be reported to? Thank you.

    Woods across from 53 Blake Street were flooded this morning almost up to the road. However, the ground floor toilet started leaking from the base and the tub filled with water. This is on the heels of last August's flood that ruined our ground floor.
