The hanging utility wires in front of 46 and 32 Emerson have remained a problem for well over a month. One wire hangs down touching the ground. The other wire is low and easily reachable by children and dogs. I reported this in December, and have had no response. I don't know if these are phone wires or electrical wires, so I don't know who to call. I have tried to reach Eversource at the number you provided about this, but have spent long periods on hold, and I've had no response. Please let me know if I should be reporting this to another authority or department who would be responsible to fix this issue, and if so, please provide me with contact information. Thank you.

On Great Plain Ave almost diagonally across from the Needham Post Office there is a utility pole that is leaning dangerously and has been for some time. This pole looks like it could snap in half at any time and cause all kinds of problems.

A large branch fell on the power lines during the storm. It is still hanging on the lines, and it is dangerous.

Parts of this utility box floated out during the storm. We do not want to put them back incorrectly and cause any issues. Can someone with experience fix this issue? Thanks

There is a downed wire on the right side of the driveway- not sure which utility company it belongs to.

Apparently there are some wires hanging down from between two poles on the berm and they are low enough that they’re hitting the retaining wall at 21 Hill.

The light has been dug up and broken by the flagpole.

For several weeks, all of the heavy construction equipment for the new gas main project have been parked on Oakland Ave. That now includes a large pile of dirt, which is creating a huge mess. It seems this construction is to go on for some time, and I request that a better place (non-residential) be found to park the vehicles and mess they leave behind. There is the parking lot right across the street that seems appropriate. I realize this is Eversource and their contractors, but the town must have given permission for the overnight 24/7 parking of the vehicles. Thank you for your time.
