The street light at the intersection of Webster Street and West/High Street has unfortunately — and incredibly — been seriously flawed for several years. When approaching the intersection from either West Street or High Street, the sensor often fails to take into account that a vehicle has approached the intersection. As a result, if the light is green for Webster Street traffic (and red for West/High Street traffic), it will remain that way indefinitely until another vehicle approaches the intersection from West Street or High Street.
