When it rains, not just recently, sediment from the property is all over the street.
Owner does nothing to prevent it and does not remove it.

This car with NJ plates parks on Bobsled Drive all day and night and overnight parking is not permitted in Needham. It rarely moves.

Speed limit is 35, should be lower but most vehicles are doing 50. Especially sam white and sons heavey haulers.

The growth on the fence at the corner of Broadmeadow and Great Plain ave - impedes vision when at the intersection to see if cars are coming before you pull out. And with school starting it could impede seeing if kids are there.

Is this crosswalk going to get painted?

Several weeks ago a crew came in during a heat wave and applied tar all over the municipal parking/town permit and 2 hr parking lot near CVS and the firehouse. They also tarred over the crosswalk that leads from the lot outside Middlesex Savings Bank across Chestnut St. to Learning Express. This is a public and paid lot used by hundreds of people per day. I pay to park in this lot and 4 times a day I encounter an issue where cars will not stop to let pedestrians. Patients of BI Needham offices on both sides of Chestnut, and the surrounding offices on Chestnut park in this lot. Employees of these buildings park in this lot. On a daily basis we are not able to cross Chestnut safely while cars rush to beat the lights at Highland Ave. The fact that a crew paved over this crosswalk leading from a public lot that serves businesses on Chestnut is unacceptable. Someone is going to get killed. This crosswalk needed a flashing light such as outside the high school to begin with . Now, with no crosswalk at all it is an actual accident waiting to happen. Please repaint the crosswalk at this junction of Chestnut Street as soon as possible.

The plants growing on the fencing overhanging the train tracks (corner of BroadMeadow and Great Plain) make it very hard to see when you are driving. If you are coming down BroadMeadow, you can’t see around the plants when you look left to check the traffic on Great Plain.
