    Noticed that the rain gutter on the Admiral Gracey side of the new building were dripping to the ground. A few spot along the building ground level were starting to show mold growth. I noticed this dripping about 8:30 a.m. while the building side was in the shade. Not sure if downspouts are functioning

    The people who live here plow snow into the sidewalks creating a wall snow making it non passable

    I have tried talking to them but at the point where we need the town (maybe the police) to handle or the town to come remove the wall of snow
