Town tree in private property. This tree was looked up and is one of the replants from the big storm years ago and is not thriving any more. Owner would like to take next steps to remove/replant if appropriate. Please advise as necessary.

If possible, could the limbs be removed, or at least cut and cleared to restore access to the path?
Thanks!

Tree IssuesAcknowledgedCoulton Park Needham, Massachusetts, 02492 - NeedhamAt the end of Coulton park, there is a large pile of logs. Yesterday, I found a group of 7 and 8 year olds climbing on and UNDER the logs. This is a very dangerous situation and could cause severe bodily harm.

Tree IssuesOpenMt Vernon Ave & Beaufort Ave Needham, MA, 02492, USA - NeedhamShrubs at intersection are blocking over half the sidewalk causing pedestrians to spill into the street, especially those with strollers that can no longer fit on the sidewalk. This is a dangerous intersection as cars heading towards Great Plain need to take the right turn, which their view is also partially blocked by the shrubs.

Tree IssuesOpen631 Great Plain Avenue Needham, Massachusetts - NeedhamThe arbor vitae at that corner completely block the sight line to Great Plain. You must be in the cross walk before you can see if there are pedestrians (very dangerous) and you have to edge your car out (especially large vehicles) almost to the street to see if there is any traffic on the street.
