    Ladies & Gentlemen:
    While the Town's crew is presently working to install a new fire hydrant in front of our residence - 78 Bonwood Road - is there any chance that they could also replace the sidewalk. After years of having the plowed snow piled up at the end of the cul -de sac, the walk is in rough shape (actually horrible compared to our neighbors both right and left. If someone could take a look and appraise it, I'm certain that they would agree with the assessment.

    A few years ago the town had to remove the 2 large trees on the berm (dangerous limbs falling from the large non-indigenous trees). I think when the large equipment was on the driveway part of sidewalk it affected it. About maybe 3 years ago my neighbor Jean McNamara who owned 6 Coolidge Ave complained about both of our driveways that were unsafe for people in the neighborhood who would walk by and there were holes.

    Now it appears just our driveway is in need of serious repair. The fix that was done before that does not last long was to patch with cement. I believe that resurfacing with blacktop to meet our drive and the street would be the best fix like was done at the other driveways that were done by the town.

    So if at your earliest convenience take a look and see what you think. I already have a bag of broken cement but left the rest in the holes so you could see.
