Hello I live on Clark street and this is a curve on the street before going straight that needs a slow down children play sign, or stop sign that reminds drivers that children are playing and riding bikes. Clark street has many children that seem to be very close throughout the street and are very involved in the community. Also when leaving Clark street there needs to be stop signs on all 4 enter sections.

    Dear Town Officials

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the current state of pedestrian safety in Randolph, particularly in the North Main area. Recent accidents involving both motorists and pedestrians have highlighted the pressing need for enhanced safety measures.

One key issue is the lack of visible and well-lit crosswalks in the region, posing a significant risk to pedestrians. I kindly request the town’s attention to address this matter promptly. Implementing clear markings and adequate lighting at crosswalks will not only enhance pedestrian safety but also contribute to a more secure environment for both drivers and walkers.

Additionally, I would like to bring attention to the prevalent issue of speeding on North Main. Given the high pedestrian activity in this area, it is crucial to enforce and possibly reassess speed limits to ensure the safety of all community members.

I understand the complexity of these matters but believe that taking swift and decisive action can mitigate potential risks and prevent further accidents. Your commitment to prioritizing the safety of our community members is highly appreciated.

I am available for further discussion or collaboration on these concerns. Thank you for your attention to this important matter, and I trust that the town will take the necessary steps to enhance pedestrian safety in Randolph.

    Sincerely,
    Neighboring Residents

The Tower Hill School is now the home for Randolph buses and as a result the grass areas have been turned into mud with ruts and sometimes stuck vehicles. The staff park all over the grass.
When the buses are active Adams street is reduced to a 1 way street. There are over 30 cars parked at the school daily including on the side walk on the High St side. The vehicles are tracking dirt into the street.
The space is too small for its current use. It sad to see the grounds in such bad shape.

  • 8 Lori Lane Randolph, Massachusetts, 02368 - Randolph
Between the properties at 8 Lori Ln and 10 Lori Ln there is a drain pipe under the public sidewalk emptying water onto the street, causing a small river that travels to the sewer several properties away. This has been happening for several years and has been previously reported. It gets worse with every rainstorm. In the winter the water freezes and causes a hazard. It's time this gets looked at and resolved before someone gets hurt.
