Additionally the homeowner removed and threw two six foot sections of fallen fence which belongs to the adjacent property, 36 Fernandez Circle, that was leaning on the area where it had displaced and subsequently threw it on the front lawn of that neighbor on two 2 separate occasions without any inquiry. -

There are old appliances, furniture, trash, Christmas trees, empty boxes etc. These trash piles have contributed to an increase in rats in the area. This is unacceptable and a detriment to the neighborhood. The cars at this home also park on the street overnight every night, on the corner making it hazardous for other drivers, and also all over their lawn. Others in the neighborhood have reported this but nothing was done. -

The CPC also funded cleanup of the trash and overgrowth -- there is plenty shown in the foreground. Could we schedule the DPW doing some cleanup here? Cut the brush so people can walk on the trail into the Blue Hills, and clean up the broken glass and litter? CPC will fund overtime for DPW if needed. -
