At the corner of Lake Street and Main Street it is impossible to pull out and take a left. There needs to be a traffic signal put in so that people can pull out of Lake Street

At the bottom of Madison street tgere is a fire hydrant that looks to have been hit by a car is now in two pieces

There is a maintenance box on the ground at Ryan Park, not sure what it's for, but the lid is broken, with a big hole on top, and there are wires exposed inside. The box is right in front of the children's playground area, and kids are often putting sticks and such inside. Please replace lid ASAP, as seems dangerous in so many ways.

Work being done outside without building permit. Also work may possibly be on city property because it could be within the right of way of carter street. Resident has walkway being built right up to roadway.

A RESIDENT OF EVERETT ST CAME IN TO ASK THE HANGING FLOWER PLANT ON THE CORNER OF MAIN AND EVERETT ST BE MOVED SO THAT THE STREET SIGN FOR EVERETT STREET CAN ACTUALLY BE SEEN

I am not sure who I should be contacting but I am very concerned about the cars driving so fast on our street. There are small children, pet owners and many seniors residing on Locust between Willow and Burlington St. Cars continue to speed even after they have been asked and/or told to please slow down. I have been sworn at or cars speed up even more. What can we do to make this street safer? I have spoken to several neighbors and they agree something needs to be done. Would making Locust Street a one way be the answer? Thank you so much

The catch basin in front of 9 Aspen Street needs to be repaired. The pavement around the grate/cover is sunken so water pools and does not flow into basin. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
