Since, there have been 5+ car accidents in this intersection (that we have seen) due to the high speed limit of Pioneer Trail and busyness of Lake Riley Park. In the last week there were two car accidents alone. A traffic sign is desired in addition to a cross walk, as there are many children in the area. -

Traffic Signal Re-timing:
The traffic signals along Mitchell Rd at Scenic Heights/Anderson Lakes Parkway, Technology Drive, Lone Oak Rd and the traffic signal at the on & off ramp for Hwy 212 have not been synchronized all of 2022 for through traffic on Mitchell Rd and often are at odds for through traffic travelling on Mitchell Rd. For the last fifteen years or so, there were not these problems. A driver could easily proceed along Mitchell Rd and make all of the green lights at Scenic Heights/Anderson Lakes Parkway, Technology Drive, Lone Oak Rd... Now it's just random & illogical.
This was initially requested for a fix in January 2022 and the short answer was that would not be until July or August 2022 for the fix. Obviously we are past July and well into August. Has there been any progress on this yet and when is the fix date? Please see conversation chain below:
