    TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN!!

    This is trash and old soiled beach towels at the bottom of the large bridge on Las Olas Boulevard right before

    you get to Las Olas Circle. Someone needs to look and clean behind the bushes as well as on the streets. It is

    a dumping ground for the homeless in and around the park area.

    The signs have been there for months now. Can we please help keep our city beautiful.
