⭕️The Address number of Home in question above is that of Number 18 Williams Court in Braintree .

🔸The home has a name plaque on it stenciled. The “ Griffin ” Home.
It also has a brand new glossy black “ Volvo” - suv in the pristine new driveway , and lots of flowers garden of flowers surrounds home.

🔸The photo for the original home built in 1954 or that of a fake false home is currently being reflected on the tax assessors database so as to compute property taxes from it and the property card incorrectly lower. Since information is totally wrong - house is 100 percent brand new home note: below old home [ is reflected in the image uploaded and shown on your database tax assessor use it was demolished and removed over 5 years ago at least now— it is no where on street or at that address or in the town itself — a — new home is in its place and it’s the best home in that Braintree area by far - property card and images reflected in tax assessment data base totally way behind the times totally incorrect - assessment is way to low — if that information was or is being used now in time — if homeowner complains tax office will lower it because they will pull up a 1954 home - that is tiny as image of former hoe indicates and resident will get taxes dropped way down to 1940’s levels when it is a brand spanking new luxury home - highly energy efficient and handicapped accessible - ha parking garage - luxury bath rooms etc..etc..etc… gorgeous vinyl siding multi tone colors — and gardens surround property - huge rear land use — conservation area public property added to it — residents have taken over vast areas of town land without permission in the conservation area for personnel use - when they are not allowed to do so all along street - etc…. Taxes absurdly way too low - should information in the tax assessors patriot properties be used to compute it - assessors office should reassess and update the information images and text feilds inconsistent to what is and has been there for some time now.

🟡 If home owner complains tax office will lower it because they will pull up a false image of an old 1954 home - however the database the officials look at before them is 100 percent totally way off - and should not be viewed if they call them — in fact house is absolutely gorgeous home — the towns tax assessor should be notified - computations should be based on the 100 percent brand new modern state of the art luxurious living facility in place on site for some time now.

Someone has mounted 2 private wireless surveillance cameras on the BELD utility pole in front of 4 Webb Street. My research shows me that this is illegal and a privacy violation. Could someone see that they are removed? Thank you :)

I do doordash and I always stop by Burger King to get food, and I was shocked by the situation of the employees, in the summer they were without air conditioning and now in the winter they are without a heater. The store is freezing and winter is just beginning, this is inhumane. It has air conditioning and heating, it's not a luxury, it's a necessity. this is absurd! There are people working there, they have families to look after.

There's no heating anymore, I'm a customer and I usually come to eat every day because I work in the region, and the situation in the store has critical days, either very hot or very cold, in the summer this year there was no air conditioning and now that it's going down the temperature is quite cold, I hope you can help us and take measures for this…

Smell coming out of there is smelled all the way to Liberty street Is there any control of smell ?

On 1/13/24 near high tide there was a Winnebago in the parking lot of the auto repair shop that was over the top of the wheels in the water. Wondering why vehicles are allowed to park so close to the water? This isn't the first time vehicles have been covered in water because they are parked so close to the river. This can't be environmentally safe for the water with all the fluids from vehicles. Can something be done to correct this from happening again?

Corporate Vehicle Excise Tax Evasion - Not Paying Excise Taxes To This Town - Vehicles parked over night by state law in the town must pay there excise taxes to that of this town and not to that of another locale , state or etc…. locale in the state - those monies go to the town the vehicle is over night stationed in - yet Verizon is getting away with massive levels of excise tax evasion — Verizon once Braintree’s largest private company paying excise tax to Braintree — now hides the forms so as to not do so — the Verizon vehicles license plate numbers * P62-300 , * P34-78L, * T 7 6 - 4 2 2 , P 6 2 - 3 0 0 — should have vehicles boot locked and impounded — they have failed for years no to pay excise taxes appropriately to the town of Braintree and are laughing in the face of the town as they spit on it. The towns tax collectors office is lacking on site enforcement of the violations plaguing the Verizon facility.

Every night garaging the vehicles in the over night late hours midnight, 1 am, 2am ,3am - there - then in the morning they are moved out and about - then back at night — over night garaging at the site — so as to hide and never paying taxes to the town. — not for verizon workers at site , but for Verizon workers from boston and other locales come in on day hours and use them — rather than go intown — thus braintree gets no revenue and has no need for them to be in braintree and should tax them or throw them out of town.
