Light is completely out again after being reported that it was repaired on 02/02/16. Hope the town does not have to pay the contractor again to fix the same issue.

Street light at end of cul-de-sac is out.

Vehicles traveling south on Pond Street and entering the left-hand turn lane to turn onto Oak Street almost always immediately trigger an unnecessary red light for vehicles traveling north on Pond Street, even though the vehicles turning left onto Oak Street can turn without stopping (except when yielding to Pond Street northbound traffic). The light should be reprogrammed to turn red for Pond Street northbound only in the event a vehicle is stopped in the left-turn-for-Oak-Street lane for an extended period of time and needs the Pond Street northbound light to turn red in order to safely proceed.

When turning north on to Lincoln from church sq/beaver st at the end of the green advance cycle, you can not tell when you have right of way. The other side (pleasant street) turns red, but no signal to tell you it's safe to turn. Need a flashing signal or green arrow light to make intersection safe. Have seen people advance thinking the oncoming traffic already has the stop signal. Dangerous intersection, which is high traffic and high pedestrian traffic due to church.
