Street SignΆνοιγμα9 Magnolia Avenue Siasconset, Massachusetts, 02564 - NantucketPlease replace the Magnolia Ave (Sconset) street signs on the McKinley Ave end of the street. It has the unsightly lichen planus growth and is unreadable. As mentioned before, if you could do an evaluation of the entire length of McKinley and Morey Lane to see what signs are missing or need replacement it would be very helpful. **For example the Evelyn St (Sconset) sign is missing on the McKinley Ave end of that side street.
Also you guys did a great job on reshelling Magnolia Ave. Looks fantastic!! -
Street SignΆνοιγμα9 Park Lane Siasconset, Massachusetts, 02564 - NantucketPARK LN (Sconset) which is the little street that borders the back of Sconset Casino and has signage at both New St and Main St. The "NO PARKING THIS SIDE" grey sign is tucked in side the hedges and is totally unable to be read. Maybe one that reads "No parking either side" would be more beneficial since space is so tight on that street.
**While you are reviewing that sign could you please refresh/replace the PARK LN sign that is on the New Street end. Overgrowth of lichen planus is unsightly. -
Street SignΆνοιγμαVesper Ln Nantucket, Massachusetts, 02554 - NantucketI noticed there is a speed limit sign at the very beginning of Vesper Lane from Surfside Road and where the fork is entering the short part of hummock Pond that goes into Vesper Lane. These are great, however it would be nice to have another speed limit sign closer to Meadow view or the crossroads Where where Somerset crossed Summit Pond hummock Pond Road in the middle of the cemetery. I had to go to the beginning of each of these roads to find out what the actual speed limit was. If someone enters at the crossroads, they won’t know the speed limit. I really appreciate that you are watching the speed limit on both this road and Bartlett Road. It would be helpful though to have more signs posting this. -
Street SignΆνοιγμαSilver St Nantucket, Massachusetts, 02554 - NantucketStop sign was taken down on the corner of Folger and Pine Street during sewer work but never put back up. Existing stop sign is behind a retaining wall on a property close to the silver street parking lot (Possibly 14 Silver Street).
