    There are several bricks missing from the sidewalk behind the library on Oak St. These bricks are missing in a cluster, and its very easy to twist an ankle or fall if you are not paying attention to the ground.This is located right outside the exit of the Back Bar of Ventuno restaurant. This is an area of very high foot traffic during the season.

    Clear out brush so the stop sign at the end of Shell st.is visible sooner.
    Whole intersection is dangerous.

    Would like to inquire regarding side walk repair. The side walk in front of 74 Union st was torn up when construction began on the initial poperties at 1 and 3 Mariner Way to facilitate drainage to nearby drain. It has been over a decade and the sidewalk was never replaced and was left as dirt.
    My question is it the homeowner's responsibility to fix or the town as it is a public way.
