It is impossible for anyone in a wheelchair or walker or anyone with a baby stroller to navigate this section of Pleasant Street. You are forced to walk on the street. If the hedges did not encroach on the town sidewalk, you could possibly navigate this section of the street. Please cut them back so that everyone can have safe access in this section of Pleasant Street. Thank you.
