    Just like last year I would imagine you are all over this working with the Chamber but just wanted to make sure we are all set for the barricade drops for Town and Sconset. Main St is usual road closure for event.

    Sconset please see the below map. A *** on the map is a barricade request. The barricade requests include Main St. Sias at New Lane, at the rotary, at Chapel St, Ar School St. Also Morey Lane, McKinley Ave, and Bunker Hill. Also if you have a few extras just in case we need them that will be great. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks again.

    Fisherman's Beach Staircase is in need of a completely new staircase. The "railings" are splintered and the bottom right rail is not attached to any wood. The stairs are missing treads and risers are exposed which is a tripping hazard. Also need to cut back the poison ivy that is growing alongside the stairs and is encroaching onto the stairs. I can provide more pictures if needed
