    Town leased land Sherburne set back brush is overgrown. Inquiring on any assistance Dow could do with brush cutter to bring back overgrowth probably by 3ft. Irrigation heads buried in brush understand it’s not technically town owned as leased but wanted to inquire.

    I live at 4 Cherry Street and town tree #2083 is in my front yard.
    I am concerned about the current condition of the tree.
    Many branches are bare. Leaves have holes, are turning brown, and falling off.
    I understand that the tree branches were cut in June facing Cherry Street, but I didn’t think that work was to occur after April.

    Can I please ask that someone looks at the current condition.

    we own 71 and 73 n liberty. two trees seen in photo are town trees. the branches are leaning on the wires. I talked with dale in the spring and would like to have them trimmed.

    Hi,

    I wanted to regroup on this matter due to an issue this week.

    I wanted to share a photo of a limb that just fell off the tree this week (while we weren't experiencing any bad weather) and missed my house by just a couple of inches. I have picked up many branches in the last several months but this was by far the largest to fall. I am again voicing my concern over this tree and noting that the town is liable for damage that the town tree causes to myself personally or the property if any more branches fall.

    I was concerned previously when the tree branches caused a fire with the entangled wires two years ago. The fire department had to come to make sure that the fire didn't spread onto my home.

    Now is yet another point of concern - as the amount of branches that fall are increasing significantly.

    I moved the limb behind my shed if you would like to view the scale in person. I am so grateful it didn't land on me.
