    Pine Street has been dug up and resurfaced this past winter. The entirety of the road slopes towards Pleasant Street. Lyon Street has been resurfaced lower than Pine and now the entirety of Pine drains down Lyon Street which is sloped towards my house and is flooding the driveway and yard
