    We are trying to be proactive on the below items for the Season opening

    The Kitchen hood new motor, it was not drawing enough air flow in the kitchen. Homer Ray came to put a bandaid on it end of 2024 Season.

    Grease Trap - has the issue been resolved with the correct size Trap?

    Have electrical panel checked, so that the breakers do not pop - an ongoing issue throughout the 2024 season.

    Window repair or replace left side of building. We can not open the window it was nailed shut with peices of wood to keep the window from falling out it has rot on it.

    If we can try to Figure out how to turn off Spot Lights during the daytime light hours.
