    My problem involves water pressure. I have water but if the washer machine or any other water is being used other sinks and shower gets very little or no water at all. I have had pipes replaced with increased circumference with no change. Some one mentioned it could be an older water meter. Is there a way to check to find out if it is a problem in the out side pipes. This is a very annoying problem and would appreciate help finding a resolution. Thank you for your help.
