City of Worcester PLUS

Tree right in front of house is causing issues with algae and wildlife on property.

The maple on my property is over and touching my power lines (and my neighbors).

I don't know if it is close enough to the road that it is the city or electric company's responsibility or mine.

Huge chunks of asphalt on sidewalk

There is literally a sinkhole forming on Herman Street with water continuously pouring out of it. It has been this way since the original request for someone to address the situation. According to the 311 app the request/complaint on February 2nd has been closed out stating that the issue was resolved. That information is inaccurate as I travel that road daily and see that continuous water is still pouring from that sinkhole. So my question is if the issue is resolved, then why is it not really resolved?
