Potential Squatters using this property This property has had no activity for a long time Today a male and female who I know live on Merrifield street 2 doors down from me were seen leaving the front door of this property These individuals are well known crack addicts in our neighborhood I am concerned they are using this property for their illicit activities

Apartment #1 has way too many children here or something. 6 or 7

The unhoused are using the nook again as their personal bathroom. This is a kids bus stop this area need to be cleaned we are walking through and standing in @#$% this is a public health issue yet again

RE: 83 Chatanika Avenue
The house at 83 Chatanika Avenue has recently been converted to a two-unit property with a new studio apartment being added and is being listed as a rental. The property was recently sold and subsequently went through a good amount of construction. Building contractors and plumbers have spent significant time on the property. In addition, the garage which was completely torn down and rebuilt a couple of years ago is now advertised as rental storage property. You can see the rental listings by looking them up on Google. I believe that this neighborhood is zoned only for single family homes.

I'm not sure if anything can be done about this but this construction crew has been working all odd times of day for the past month now 6am this morning (Saturday August 3rd) All week they will work until 9-10pm
Excessive noise, loud banging and rocks all in our side yard and on our deck from them throwing them over the property line

The foul ball net is torn and frayed from wind causing a choking hazard

They have people living in the attic. City list this as a 2 family. Fire hazard. Also backyard is full of trash.

My son 29 year old son is award of the state and this is his mentors mother‘s house. He has been living in it for about just under a year. Now these are the conditions they made him move out of the bedroom. He was in and into another one before midnight over the weekend, there’s hardly any running hot water The stove is not working they took his Bedroom door off Made him vulnerable all night, long to where he wasn’t able to sleep He keeps on being harassed by their hired maintenance worker they’re Supposedly active court proceedings about shutting Development unit down I just want to bring it to your attention I not sure about what to do these are Deplorable conditions he lives in There’s constant most problems as well as my son keep on getting bit and I told him it might be because of Bedbugs They do a bombing of the new room before he moved into it, but still, I find this a little concerning

Residents have failed to change the batteries in their stairwell smoke detectors for over 6 months. It can be heard loudly across the street. Have tried to contact them with no luck. Just need two 9 volt batteries to solve the problem or to contact the landlord.
