Working on cars.
My first time using this app. But they constantly work on other peoples cars. My question is where are they dumping oil and fluids? Seems like they run a business out of this residence. It is happening this morning I did not want to take a picture to be identified. Thank you for considering looking into this.

Sludge coming up from somewhere underground inside of this garage at 10 Rutledge St Worcester. This smells and is embarrassing to see and seems dangerous if someone slips while getting out of their vehicle.

This bus parks here every day & all night for 3 days now. she is blocking the view to go around the corner to Sterling St. the front of the bus is close to our driveway making it difficult to get in or out. she wakes us up with her back up alarms at 9:30pm.
