Illigal bussiness has been conducted at this location for quite sometime. It was first reported on 04-21-24 and there after. To date, nothing has been done since. There are 2 garages facing Fairmont ave. This is a repair shop for snow blowers, lawn mowers, and other equipment. At times these 2 garages are full with this types of equipment. The attached picture was taken this past Friday. A Home Depot truck with an attached trailer was loaded with 5-6 snow blowers. This truck and some pickups do this routine often. This is a residental nighbohood and this activity most be stopped.

This is a noise complaint against Nexus Property Management. They have been working in 2R remodeling. The problem is tgry are doing it late at night from like 6-9 pm. I work in healthcare and am trying yo sleep for work and can't cause of constant noise

Could someone inspect this private wall that extends 2 ft onto public property. It is collapsing and the bottom is getting washed out, imminent danger of collapse, could cause someone to get hurt or killed on public property. Please inspect.

KeHE Distributors located in the back at 69B, there is a rodent infestation. It emanates from the company occupying 69A. They are making no attempt to remedy the problem. They are a food distributor. Rodents have been seen going in and out of trailers transporting foodstuff throughout New England.

every morning, this building has a blinding front door access light that is very super blinding light that I can not see inside my apartment. VERY HIGH BEAM LIGHT AT 3A. I should not have wear sunglasses in the morning for this. CITY EMPLOYEE!

There is no heat in the mcdonalds, just like their food, its a fail.

The height and conditions of these steps as well as the weather proofing of the door caused un safe conditions which resulted in my wife and daughter being injured today 3/23/24. This building has multiple other issues wrong with it. I recommend a full building inspection.

2inches of water in the basement, next to electrical room, no heat with students in the building, unsafe environment
