There is literally a sinkhole forming on Herman Street with water continuously pouring out of it. It has been this way since the original request for someone to address the situation. According to the 311 app the request/complaint on February 2nd has been closed out stating that the issue was resolved. That information is inaccurate as I travel that road daily and see that continuous water is still pouring from that sinkhole. So my question is if the issue is resolved, then why is it not really resolved?

My water is still very cloudy following the water main break on Wednesday, September 25. I am concerned the issue was not fully resolved or there may be another break in the works as my water should be running clear by now.

After water main replacement project was completed in summer of 2022, DPW addressed a water supply issue to the property up grade from my home. The problem was finally corrected in May of 2023 and has re-emerged. I need this addressed because it causing problems with our driveway all year and severely in the winter.

My water is still cloudy from the water main break in Wednesday morning, September 25, 2024. I’m concerned that there is still air in the pipes which might be a sign of another break?? Please advise.
