The property was recently sold and subsequently went through a good amount of construction. Building contractors and plumbers have spent significant time on the property. In addition, the garage which was completely torn down and rebuilt a couple of years ago is now advertised as rental storage property. You can see the rental listings by looking them up on Google. I believe that this neighborhood is zoned only for single family homes.

    The pumping station on Lake Ave has smelled atrocious for a month at least. I know there is work being done to make improvements to it But is it currently leaking? how long is it going to smell? it's hideous. I can't even imagine living right next door to but never mind down the street. Can some sort of public update be made that can't be healthy to live next to?
