The attached tree at the corner of Florence & Downing appears to be dead. It never leafed out this year.

This large public tree has a lot of decay and frequently loses branches and limbs during storm events. Many residents park their cars beneath this tree. It should be inspected for removal as it poses a threat to public safety.
