    I've been seeing men working at night doing electrical work in the ceiling inside the vacant storefront at 113 Lovell St.
    Not the little candy store, or the laundry, the vacant store in the middle.
    I do not see any building permit posted, and seeing them working nights and on New Year's Day has me concerned.

    There's a constant, intermittently loud whining noise from the HVAC system on the roof of the building that started in mid January. I live toward the back of 16 Norwich St, a couple of buildings away, and the alleyway behind the building seems to be perfectly positioned to bounce the sound around a lot. Makes me feel like I have tinnitus with the constant background noise.

    At this address there are people who have illegal weapons and there is a video of him disrespecting the police. They have a place where they hide illegal weapons on the roof of the house and I am the father of a girl who was there, her friend had asked her to go to a party there. house and it turned out that there were several people underage with illegal weapons. I would like to ask for a madator's order to investigate the house……

    The corner of Carleton and Heard street needs a guardrail, specifically the corner where #2 Carleton is. A lot of accidents happen in that corner. Not too long ago a car hit the tree RIGHT next to the apartment building in the middle of the night. If that tree weren't there, it would've hit the building and the people sleeping in the bedrooms on that side of the building would've been badly hurt or even dead. Let's please keep in mind the safety of our citizens.
