Water spewing from small manhole, flooding wast

The catch bason at the bottom of the hill on Byron Street floods every big storm.

The amount of drainwater forced to this catch basin is also exacerbated by the 6 catch basins upstream of this one not actually catching rainwater due to the roads being sloped to avoid the basins.
- 2 at the intersection of Byron and Edgeworth
- 2 at the intersection of Edgeworth and Whittier
- 2 at the intersection of Whittier and Bremer (private road)

If you fix the pictured basin, highly recommend you also add a patch at the Edgeworth and Whittier grate to force some of the water actually into that pipe before it gets to the bottom of the hill

Icing in the street from a leaking pipe or discharge

Main st is flooding again need the drains cleared

water issue may have been corrected, but ice build up on street and catch basin still a concern

There is water and mud pouring down Forbes/Lincoln and washing out under the sidewalk and into the yard and flooding

Major intersection and pedestrian crosswalk. The lines and signs are all faded and need to be repaintede

This intersection on Lake ave and Hamilton street seriously needs improvement on traffic and most importantly, safety.

There was a car accident there yesterday and this is not the first time.
