I received a comment back saying it was resolved but no message as to why it was resolved or what would happen.     There's a constant, intermittently loud whining noise from the HVAC system on the roof of the building that started in mid January. I live toward the back of 16 Norwich St, a couple of buildings away, and the alleyway behind the building seems to be perfectly positioned to bounce the sound around a lot. Makes me feel like I have tinnitus with the constant background noise.

    the owner for 11 Cardinal has had Tyvek on his house for 6 years. City allows this. he's literally landscaped his yard spending probably more than 10k to do that, but his house is a mess. his scaffolding is deteriorating. seriously. fix this.

    There has been a lot of contruction going on at the duplex. Lots of dumpsters and circular saw cutting. They remodeled the duplex next to this one and there never appeared to be a building permit posted and now they are doing this one with no building permit. There are lots of van and trucks that have been parked at this location and up and down the street making huge amounts of noise.

They have a place where they hide illegal weapons on the roof of the house and I am the father of a girl who was there, her friend had asked her to go to a party there. house and it turned out that there were several people underage with illegal weapons. I would like to ask for a madator's order to investigate the house……
