    Just got back from our afternoon walk. Numerous neighbors put trash out early- not sure why and certainly recognize problems this can cause. Some have valid reasons why they put it out early - in the case of 39 Thorndyke the owner is disabled and I am going to assume, like many in this situation, has trash taken out early because this is when their aid is here. Perhaps the neighbor that complains about this house could offer to assist #39 on Tuesday mornings? At minimum have some empathy for the situation. a

    The neighbors house at 11 Bourne Street has this pump constantly running and sending water down the street and it is ruining others lawns. In the winter it created incredibly slippery conditions and was dangerous.
