    Hello. There was an apartment build in the basement of this home without any permits or anything being pulled for it to be built. The owners of the home completed the project in the Spring of 2023 and I was informed that in Fall 2023 that it was now a legal apartment at all by the person who lives there and the people who own the home.

    Sidewalk is barely passable due to overgrowth of plants. Constructed by overgrowth of plant life. Property owner should be trimming plant life away from sidewalk to insure passage.

    Whitmars Ave, a main street connecting Burncoat Street and West Boylston. This road is not only a major thoroughfare for traffic, but also serves as a primary route for the fire department. Unfortunately, it has deteriorated significantly and is in a state of disrepair. It is disheartening to see that despite the payment of taxes, the city does not seem to prioritize the maintenance of this crucial road.
