Water valve in street leaking water. Not hydrant. It has been leaking most of the day.

a fire hydrant is open somewhere on Burncoat St. I drove passed it.

brown water is gushing out of a pipe from the building across the street from the Worcester Public Library.

There is a leak between the road and walking side.

This driver of this truck cleaned out the back of his dump truck on the city street by the lake and then drove off. The material dumped looks like debris from the street sweeping operations taking place earlier this day in the neighborhood .

Approximately 16 railroad ties have been dumped on my property by railroad maintenance workers. They are coated creosate, a known carcinogen. I would like for them to be removed. They pose a hazard to my children and pets.
