Dangling/separated overhead wire

Hello. There was an apartment build in the basement of this home without any permits or anything being pulled for it to be built. The owners of the home completed the project in the Spring of 2023 and I was informed that in Fall 2023 that it was now a legal apartment at all by the person who lives there and the people who own the home.

Cross walk is faded and motorist cannot see it since it's on a hill with no sign or cross walk light. Extremely dangerous for kids walking to school or going to bus stop.

It seems to me that there’s 15 minute parking and yet nobody enforces it, i’ve tried several times to visit the local establishments and parking is very tough.

The neighbors house at 11 Bourne Street has this pump constantly running and sending water down the street and it is ruining others lawns. In the winter it created incredibly slippery conditions and was dangerous.

Stack of boxed trash left on the curb. No yellow bags.

Signage blocking view and sidewalks all down this car lot.
