Work being done without permits

leaking pipe in basement . work has been going on with water and gas pipes on street .. workers had been in basement the other day doing something with the meters while doing work outside .. i just noticed water coming from pipe dripping .. water on floor .

Residents have failed to change the batteries in their stairwell smoke detectors for over 6 months. It can be heard loudly across the street. Have tried to contact them with no luck. Just need two 9 volt batteries to solve the problem or to contact the landlord.

i want to make complain about a person who is Larissa Santos is care of child without permission my son got allergy because of the food and not to mention the her husband named Leo abuses his son because his son said what a father does when goes to bathe him.i managed to capture this photo and I even asked is this was normal and she said yes and chil element to take bath w fear her father. phone number 857.995.3261( I was kicked out her hous she s violent don't go alone to visit if possible take the police. let's me know if have questions

The corner of Carleton and Heard street needs a guardrail, specifically the corner where #2 Carleton is. A lot of accidents happen in that corner. Not too long ago a car hit the tree RIGHT next to the apartment building in the middle of the night. If that tree weren't there, it would've hit the building and the people sleeping in the bedrooms on that side of the building would've been badly hurt or even dead. Let's please keep in mind the safety of our citizens.

Construction debris/materials spilling under fencing into abutting property's parking lot

The height and conditions of these steps as well as the weather proofing of the door caused un safe conditions which resulted in my wife and daughter being injured today 3/23/24. This building has multiple other issues wrong with it. I recommend a full building inspection.
