    There's a constant, intermittently loud whining noise from the HVAC system on the roof of the building that started in mid January. I live toward the back of 16 Norwich St, a couple of buildings away, and the alleyway behind the building seems to be perfectly positioned to bounce the sound around a lot. Makes me feel like I have tinnitus with the constant background noise.

They are a food distributor. Rodents have been seen going in and out of trailers transporting foodstuff throughout New England.
