City of Worcester PLUS

The corner of Carleton and Heard street needs a guardrail, specifically the corner where #2 Carleton is. A lot of accidents happen in that corner. Not too long ago a car hit the tree RIGHT next to the apartment building in the middle of the night. If that tree weren't there, it would've hit the building and the people sleeping in the bedrooms on that side of the building would've been badly hurt or even dead. Let's please keep in mind the safety of our citizens.

The Elm Park Community Elementary School lawn needs to be mowed, please. Thanks for all you do.

Dirty water in my shower.

Residents have failed to change the batteries in their stairwell smoke detectors for over 6 months. It can be heard loudly across the street. Have tried to contact them with no luck. Just need two 9 volt batteries to solve the problem or to contact the landlord.

leaking pipe in basement . work has been going on with water and gas pipes on street .. workers had been in basement the other day doing something with the meters while doing work outside .. i just noticed water coming from pipe dripping .. water on floor .

Church is operating as thrift shop business with unsafe interior, piles of objects (clothes, mildewing mattresses etc.) up to ceiling with squirrels running through it. Felt unsafe and claustrophobic. Also found stolen goods on site but reported that to BBB.

The structure in the park looks like it was vandalized, two of the supports for the roof are no longer attached and a railing has been detached.

i want to make complain about a person who is Larissa Santos is care of child without permission my son got allergy because of the food and not to mention the her husband named Leo abuses his son because his son said what a father does when goes to bathe him.i managed to capture this photo and I even asked is this was normal and she said yes and chil element to take bath w fear her father. phone number 857.995.3261( I was kicked out her hous she s violent don't go alone to visit if possible take the police. let's me know if have questions

I'm not sure if anything can be done about this but this construction crew has been working all odd times of day for the past month now 6am this morning (Saturday August 3rd) All week they will work until 9-10pm
Excessive noise, loud banging and rocks all in our side yard and on our deck from them throwing them over the property line

Yard and sidewalk overgrown - property in continual state of disrepair. Unsafe to walk by - suspect rodent/animal infestation.
