The home has electric baseboard heaters that are very old, don't work correctly, and are costing over $1000 per month to run. The gas parlor heater's pilot light went out in December while my roommates and I were visiting family. This caused a pipe to burst, the pilot light has been relit and the temperature set to the legal maximum temperature, but the parlor heater still cannot bring the whole home up to the legal minimum temperature. Also, the flooring is incredibly uneven, the rooms are slanted, and the kitchen floor becomes a mound in the middle. I am concerned about the heating, and possible water damage to the flooring of the home.

I previously wrote to you about this property and the rat infestation. I am in the adjacent property, 9 Halmstad Street -Keating Enterprises - The city did respond and the owner of 1 Ekman began some repairs - but they have left a mess outside, it is now a fire hazard and a trash issue - rats have not stopped.

garage is falling down holes in rooftop piles of shingles next to the garage and metal fence is falling into neighboring yard do to the garage being surrounded by 5ft deep of leaves and yard debris causing wildlife to live there.

Living at Wexford Village located on Duncannon Ave in Worcester MA. Specifically building 19. We have been dealing with a roach infestation for 2 months. Maintenance and property management is aware. They have come out twice to “treat” the apartment and each time they come we see a vast increase in the amount of roaches. We have found roaches in our food, drinks, wall, coming from the floor board, in the dishwasher after it’s been run, in cabinets, in the toilet. This is becoming inhabitable and management is not overly concerned stating that it’s been an ongoing issue jumping from building to building.

There is overgrowth starting from 400 Sunderland Road behind the nursery all the way up to the school Again,- this is overgrowth on the rear side of the school On Sunderland Road. My last complaint was closed out by an Inspector Mckeon a

Unregistered cars, looks like a landfill, commercial supplies -- is this zoned commercially?

No fence round pool. Dangerous conditions, no fence and trash everywhere around it.

House has inadequate lighting in entryways. Stairs not safe.

11 Ronald dr leaves their green bins out after trash day. Trash pick up is Friday. Every weekend they are in the street until the following Mon Tue. They are there now.
