City replaced water connection for house but need to finish landscape where they dug up to install water shutoff. I was told by water department that landscapers would be up to repair.

Hello! My water has been coming in yellow/brown for the last 4-5 days. At first it was only noticeable in the toilet, but now it is showing up in baths and in the tap water.

Is there a water main break nearby? How long will it be until the water is back to normal?

There is a lot of vinyl siding scattered all over. The wind has ripped of 1/3 of the left wall. Last night more flying vinyl hit the ground, this is very dangerous, it can hit someone on the face and cut them up. Also, litter everywhere see picture. Hope you get and house inspector ASAP

Construction project is ongoing and creating toxic fumes that are permeating into hundreds of apartment units. Construction workers are cutting siding and construction materials and leaf blowing them into apartment units and at the apartment entrance making any person coming or going from the units inhale toxic chemicals. Large equipment with diesel generators are being run for 8+ hours with exhaust fumes venting directly at and into apartment units.

Water line coming into house from city is leaking, water meter may be due for an upgrade too

Mice and cockroach infestation in family apartment

My apartment building at 11 Clegg St has had 2 gas leaks, the first one was right before Christmas and 2/22/2025. The Plumber who came who to fix it the first time used cement putty to Mickey Mouse it per eversource and the fire department. I had to evacuate my apartment last night with 2 children. There was a weekend we have gone without hot water and heat and had to use a space heater to keep warm.
The fire department commented on the shoveling while at the property, ice surrounding the driveway and walk way to the apartment

this property is single family in the top we have just dorm and, in the bottom, we have shower, sink, toilet and the kitchen sink, all this water coming from outside trough the main drainpipe, no vary use water in the house at this time, this happens two or three time at day, the water come in overflow the toilet and after go out.

please please help me, this water come in from the outside the house
