Basement apartment has been remodeled with plumbing,electrical,painting. Not sure if Basement apartment can be rented or if landlord has permits to do so. Bathroom has been remodeled and also kitchen wiring has been done. Basement apartment has had water damage due to foundation leaking Due to the water damage apartment has mold. Inside the walls see there has been water leaking, causing the mold to the walls.

Cold water from all taps/faucets and toilets running brown/yellow. Problem noticed this morning around 9:45 AM. Hot water appears to be running clear.

People working on house with no permit pulled

There is an illegal apartment above Atlas Pizza restaurant. It is listed at a tattoo parlor but there has been an illegal bathroom and bedroom installed in the office space. Unsafe conditions and a fire and safety hazard to everyone working in the building

The yard? looks like a trash dump.

garage is falling down holes in rooftop piles of shingles next to the garage and metal fence is falling into neighboring yard do to the garage being surrounded by 5ft deep of leaves and yard debris causing wildlife to live there.

Probable black mold lead paint and gas exhaust into apartment Pests include cockroaches and mice Safety concerns and major drafts Ceiling continues to leak and fall apart

Repeated issues with the heating system and the gas lines.

There are high stacks of large cinder blocks on the green belt This has created a unsafe situation for anyone who may need the sidewalk These should be stacked away from where someone could be injured and not stored on public property ....

11 Ronald dr leaves their green bins out after trash day. Trash pick up is Friday. Every weekend they are in the street until the following Mon Tue. They are there now.
