The cover on the yellow light is mostly fallen off
  • 443 Lincoln St Worcester MA 01605, United States - Worcester
When you hit the walk button; only one direction gets a red light I've almost got hit by cars multiple times at this intersection because when the walk light comes on to cross Lincoln Street, only Lincoln Street has a red light Country Club Blvd still has green lights for both right and left hand turns Which means that vehicles still go even when we, as pedestrians, have a walk light activated Which tells us that we can cross All lights from all directions should be red lights when any of the walking lights are activated This is a very dangerous way to operate the light Foot traffic is usually heavy at this intersection
  • Mile 25.1 State Rte 12 S Worcester, Massachusetts, 01606 - Worcester
There should be a green left arrow in the late afternoon, particularly during rush time traffic for drivers turning onto Rte 12N (West Boylston St) from W. Mountain St. The green arrow works in the morning, and at times where traffic isn't heavy, making it less effective. There should also be a green left arrow for cars turning onto Rte 12S from E. Mountain St. These 2 lights should be coordinated. Trying to take a left either way at rush time traffic hours is both dangerous and unnecessarily difficult when a green arrow already exists on the lights themselves.
  • 66 Mountain St W Worcester, MA 01606, USA - Worcester
Traffic signals at this intersection have lens that prevent the signal from being observed as green or red when approaching from either side.
  • 11 Mountain St E Worcester, MA 01606, USA - Worcester
Traffic signals for drivers approaching from w. Mountain are angled such that the signals are not readily viewable
  • Mile 22.7 State Rte 12 N Worcester, MA, 01605, USA - Worcester
Button on the Austin Liquors side is non functional
  • Summer St Worcester, Massachusetts, 01605 - Worcester
At the on ramp from Summer street behind St Vincent's to get on 290 west is continually backed up to the rotary at Union Station. This is because all of the cars that are getting on 290 West from the East Central street onramp fly through the yield signs they have causing traffic on Summer street to back up in front of the hospital and all the way back to the rotary at Union Station and Shrewsbury St. I have almost been hit multiple times because the drivers on the East Central ramp that merges with the Summer St onramp disregard their yield signs! Every day from 4-6 that area is an accident waiting to happen! Please put a stationary policy vehicle over there or bigger flashing signs to warn the drivers on the East Central onramp they must YIELD to Summer St drivers. They have a ramp that is the size of a football field and can afford to be backed up where Summer St does not and blocks all traffic behind the hospital and all the way back to Union Station and Shrewsbury St. It is a hot mess!! Cars are literally getting inpatient waiting on Summer St so they get out of the onramp traffic drive thru the light and make an illegal turn in oncoming traffic to try and get on the ramp. Someone is going to get killed!

Coming from highland st on the west side of the intersection crossing park ave. It can take multiple light cycles to get a left turn arrow, despite people being in the area where it should trigger.
  • Shrewsbury St + Columbo Park Worcester, MA 01604, USA - Worcester
Button for pedestrian signal is not functioning on the Park side of the street (unsure about other side)
  • Faraday St Worcester, Massachusetts, 01605 - Worcester
Yellow bulb out on WB Faraday signal at Grove.
  • 1 Heywood St Worcester, MA, 01604, USA - Worcester
It is not defective per se. The traffic light timer needs to be adjusted for drivers on Granite St. I arrived at it red & sat while watching the traffic light at Winthrop St & Providence St cycle green twice. Even when no cars were approaching from either direction & I pulled forward onto the crosswalk markings, it still took a lot of time to change.
