16 1/2 is parking cars up against 18 Winslow and disturbing tenants. Horn blowing every night at 3 am, loud music, running car engines for lengthy periods of time and filling adjoining apt with fumes. Using same area to work on cars well into the night.
Area is only 3 feet from 18 Winslow whereas ordinance clearly states 5 feet. Also auto repair is prohibited in residential areas.

Speeding vehicles before school starts 7-9 am and when school ends 2-5. Then again 7-9 pm. Can police patrol for speeders??
There aren't sidewalks in our area and there are children walking home alone after school It definitely isn't safe.
This street is a shortcut to Lincoln Street Many years ago, a traffic count was done: 2,000 cars daily I'm certain this was performed when school was in session.
Some side streets are having speed bumps. Why not this residential street with no sidewalks on both sides near our home, with an elementary school on this street ?!..

The WPS crossing guard reports that the crosswalk needs repainting as it has become worn out.

Half a dozen traffic cones in the street with no construction reason

Exiting Main Street at Lincoln Square is often impossible because of traffic waiting at light at Major Taylor Blvd. It has been this way since the reconfiguration of the traffic cycles several months ago. It is frustrating to be trapped on Main St and upable to cross to Salisbury.
