The house at 83 Chatanika Avenue has recently been converted to a two-unit property with a new studio apartment being added and is being listed as a rental. The property was recently sold and subsequently went through a good amount of construction. Building contractors and plumbers have spent significant time on the property. In addition, the garage which was completely torn down and rebuilt a couple of years ago is now advertised as rental storage property. You can see the rental listings by looking them up on Google. I believe that this neighborhood is zoned only for single family homes.

The unhoused are using the nook again as their personal bathroom. This is a kids bus stop this area need to be cleaned we are walking through and standing in @#$% this is a public health issue yet again

Potential Squatters using this property This property has had no activity for a long time Today a male and female who I know live on Merrifield street 2 doors down from me were seen leaving the front door of this property These individuals are well known crack addicts in our neighborhood I am concerned they are using this property for their illicit activities

Its been annoying these people is paying music really loud it's no the first time they do it during the week and the weekends sometimes it's 12 am and their still outside with the noises

The corner of Carleton and Heard street needs a guardrail, specifically the corner where #2 Carleton is. A lot of accidents happen in that corner. Not too long ago a car hit the tree RIGHT next to the apartment building in the middle of the night. If that tree weren't there, it would've hit the building and the people sleeping in the bedrooms on that side of the building would've been badly hurt or even dead. Let's please keep in mind the safety of our citizens.

Residents have failed to change the batteries in their stairwell smoke detectors for over 6 months. It can be heard loudly across the street. Have tried to contact them with no luck. Just need two 9 volt batteries to solve the problem or to contact the landlord.

The Elm Park Community Elementary School lawn needs to be mowed, please. Thanks for all you do.

Major building without a permit. Looks like trying to extend yard that drips off with a cinder block wall and fill land. Does not look structurally sound as a retaining wall
