The house at 223 Elm st has a caved in roof and an overgrown yard that has infested the block with possums and racoons. The house is occupied but not cared for. In that same block reside at least 2 disabled young men that are unable to use the back yard and porch. One of the men is legally blind which present a more serious issue because he is unable to see any danger form animals. This is the second time I have called the city regarding this issue. Who besides TJ Oconner can I contact about feral cats. The man that lives at 98 Crestwood St has feral cats. ALOT of them. And now there are 3 new litters living under his neighbors porches and sheds. That we know of. All together there is more than 20 kittens. Like I said that we know of.
When walking past his house on a hot day it smells just like a litter box. I feel sorry for his direct neighbors. Some of them are gross looking as you know they are sickly.
Not to mention the ones living in the house. There is always different ones in the windows.
There must be something that can be done. TJ O'Conner has said to one of my neighbors that there is nothing they can do. You have to be kidding me. It is disgusting up there. There has to be some kind of health violation. He will just open his front door and throw the litter from the inside cats in the yard. He leaves boxes of food on his front porch, Which not only atracks the cats but wildlife as well. PLEASE HELP

There are 6 small dogs in the fenced backyard at 979 Dwight Street and a cardboard sign leaning against the jersey barrier that says 'Puppies $60'. I believe having more than 4 dogs is a code violation? Can you confirm that please? And a question: Does someone need a license to sell animals in the city? Thanks for your help!

They have a rooster that crows at sometimes as early as 3:30am until the evening hours. Which according to zoning laws you need 2 acres for in agricultural/residential which Davis St is not. It's at roughly 30 Davis Street in a house set behind another house.

A female mix dog appears to be leashed and left outside(front) in the dark for hours in the early evenings the past 2 nights. No lights were on in the house, and she appeared cold and scared. She is friendly, but will only come to you once you begin to walk away. She also seems frightened and shakes.

Every time they let their dog out to do his business, the dog then immediately barks non-stop at the door until let him back into the house. Owners don't immediately let him back in though. This can last upwards of 90 consecutive minutes. Very annoying, especially in early morning hours.
