We complained about this almost a year ago and HG&E responded promptly. However, although they agreed the pole placement was unacceptable, they couldn't do anything because the pole was placed and belongs to Verizon. Rather than moving the pole to a nearby suitable location within three weeks as they noted, they instead chose to attach the wires, transformer, and guy-wire and completely ignore the issue and plow forward.

Their actions have resulted in a complete "taking" of all beneficial use of our entire rear property boundary and access. That being said, I will be seeking a tax abatement for this impact to our beneficial use. Moreover, we also care for a handicapped person that requires special accommodations to safely get him to and from vehicles transporting him to various appointments. Since Verizon doesn't seem to care about these considerations, we will also be seeking the assistance of your local ADA administrator to help us advocate for these interests.

For MONTHS the folks at this house have played music so loud that it echos for blocks multiple times per month. I don't even live within sight of their house and it makes my windows shake. They are playing music outside at very loud volume for hours on end multiple times per week and it's effecting the entire neighborhood.

Is there a way to file a complaint about noise ordinance violations without calling the cops? This is a quiet, residential neighborhood but one house frequently has very loud music and/or people shouting in the streets in the middle of the night. On Friday night there was shouting and loud music coming from this house from midnight until nearly 5 am. This happens at least once a month, often closer to weekly.
