Good morning, this road has slowly become unsafe to walk on. There are over a dozen pot holes on the short street with most of them in the crosswalk. It's becoming a dangerous crosswalk for people to walk across. Is it possible to fix the potholes at least, and resurface the road at some point in the future Thank you

The sidewalk when installed was graded towards the house instead towards the street the grass strip between the sidewalk and the curb also tilt it towards the sidewalk and my house and it's too high and need dirt removed so that the grade is proper this causes all the water coming from North to south on the sidewalk to come into my driveway and not out onto the street where the storm drain is. over the years this has destroyed my driveway which I want the town to replace. the previous mayor was going to take care of this but left the engineer came and looked at it said he was going to come and take a grade and never returned. and upon A visit to the mayor's office I invited him to a coffee sometime and he said he would be glad to so I'm asking The Honorable mayor please come and have a coffee with me some morning so I can explain what's going on.
I would like to take care of before or during the repaving of Homestead Avenue please what's your scheduled this summer has told me by the Mayor.
    Thank you

I ran onto this pothole on 2/8/22 around 9:30 pm. I got an immediate flat tire, had to pull over, and in freezing temperatures (around 28 degrees F). All alone, I was struggling to inflate/temporarily fix the tire with “Fix-a-Flat”, which was frozen and wasn’t coming out. I had to leave my car in a nearby parking lot and have my wife drive me home, and had to tow the car the next day to PepBoys. The parking lot I left my car on had a lady waiting to be picked up, also with a blown tire - she presumably ran onto the exact same pothole. My wheel ended up being irreparably warped/bent and tire irreparably blown. The amount of time and money we lost, as well as the emotional and physical toll I endured (I have Raynaud’s syndrome, so I risk having a frostbite with even above-freezing cold temperature) is appalling given the fact that someone already submitted a claim for the exact same pothole 9 months ago! I pay my taxes and expect better than that. I request my expenses to be reimbursed and the pothole fixed immediately.

At one time, the street lights on Beech St were timed to change in sequence if cars maintained the 25mph speed limit (the sign on the lights remains) It hasn't been this way in several years This was a great way to maintain speeds and reduce breaking by trucks, etc I vote for bringing this timing back
