Half of the population uses Safari. When on the laptop - a safari user is unable to submit a SeeClickFix issue with contact info without downloading a portal. Is this necessary? The "Service Request" button needs to be renamed "SeeClickFix." Naming needs to be precise and consistent in order for the website to be inclusive for all ages.

Please consider cleaning up/adding board walk at end of Henzie st and/or Criterion st to Birch Meadow area. The wooded area can be muddy with lots of tree roots.

Raccoon has repeatedly been terrorizing our property, family and pets for weeks including during the day. Not deterred by moth balls or ammonia or other conventional methods. Not afraid of humans. Likes to spend hours hanging out in the town drainage pipe at the rear of the neighbors property. Needs to be removed before this animal attacks a human or our dog.

Hello Today a crew responded to my See, Click, Fix request (16378380) and partially fixed the problem While I greatly appreciate what was done and the speed of doing it, I feel like it isn't finished because plenty of cracked, deteriorating blacktop remains As you can see from the photo of the work, they patched the 2 worst parts of the street in front of my driveway, but why not connect the patches by filling in remaining cracks and making the patch uniform and even instead of 2 blotches? While they were here it would have also been appreciated if they extended the patch to the beginning of my gravel drive, an area that is really part of the (cracked) sidewalk Without doing that I believe the cracking will worsen in the areas they didn't do and then compromise the areas they did What I'm asking for is something like what's happening around the corner from my house on Franklin St where blacktop has been applied from the street to beginnings of driveways to cover a pipe being used in construction Can you remedy? Thank you

Heavy construction equipment drilling and jackhammering for days on end. No sound barriers or anything. Debris falling into other properties. This Is a high residential area. There has to be something done about it. It's ridiculous. The jackhammering from the large machines are hitting decibels upwards of 120. How is that even safe to listen to for days upon days? Myself as well as my family have had headaches every day for 2 weeks because of it. This is unacceptable.

One of the rat traps behind the baseball field looks like it was smashed open. Not sure if there is still poison in it but it could harm dogs that frequent that area. Please fix or remove trap.

The crosswalks need to be painted. A bus drove right by when there was a mom and her kids in the stroller at one end and me standing on the opposite sign with my dog and he drove right by as well as a car. Also, there is a large branch overhanging almost into the crosswalk at the end of Martin that needs to be trimmed so that the ongoing cars can see the person standing to cross. Thank you.

Staff at the home are disposing of cigarette butts on the strip of grass along the sidewalk. This is becoming unsightly and the constant staff taking smoke breaks makes for a large amount of butts.

My neighbor has failed to maintain his swimming pool for >5 years, and it has become a disgusting cesspool. It has contained standing water all this time and is a breeding pool for mosquitoes. One of the town employees came out to assist last year (she was wonderful to work with), but it doesn't look like anything has been done.

We have a 7-month old baby who we cannot allow outside because of the abundant mosquitoes--we can barely open the backdoor without several entering. This is a health hazard to us, but more importantly our baby, given the diseases that the mosquitoes carry.

We simply want this pool disassembled and/or drained.

Rat activity has increased around my property at 599 Summer Ave. lately been finding them making homes in both my car's engines bays and around the property. neighbors have found them in their backyards also. Wrote the town manager for help with this issue.
