Grates should run perpendicular to the road to prevent bicycle wheels from catching and hurting someone. This is very dangerous and easy to fix by rotating the grate 90 degrees. Thank you for your help to resolve this. -

Please at least fill them, as they have been in this poor condition for months. I know someone who got a flat from them, and suspect many more!
